As moms we are always on the go! Whether we are dropping off , picking up, after school activities, career, relationships, marriages, situationships we are constantly on the move! In addition, juicing breaks down the cells in the fruits and vegetables faster allowing for your body to absorb the nutrients faster. Not to mention, adding or continuing to add this to your healthy lifestyle aids in managing your stress, helping with healthy sleep patterns and overall wellness.
